- QuakeNet (max 150) They are still throttling connections way too much. Need to ask if they can relax again.

- DALnet (max 25 per server, many of those use the same ip)

Mibbitians are limited to 25 per DAL-*server*! If you get "Too many connections ..."(or similar) try a different server.
