Network Admin

Network Admins have the same functions and duties as Internet Relay Chat Operators (IRCops), as administrators (or power users) of the IRC server.

Network Admins additionally manage the infrastructure of the IRC network, including but not limited to the IRCd, Nick/Channel services and spam control applications.
