Summary::Notices are shown in active tab instead of server tab.

Default: Default::checked

When this preference is on, if a notice is sent to you while one of the active tabs is of the same server, the notice will show up in that tab. Otherwise, it will show up in the server tab. When this preference is off, notices are always sent to the server tab.
