Quick Start Guide
When you connect to irc.mibbit.com, you can choose a nickname to use. However, once you disconnect, someone else could use your chosen nickname. To register your nickname so that only you can use it, follow the CreateYourOwnNickName guide. It's quick and simple. Other IRC networks have similar systems setup, although some of them may require you to register on their website.
You can also register your own channel - CreateYourOwnChannel
