- QuakeNet (max 150 main client users, 200 widget users) They are still throttling connections way too much. Need to ask if they can relax again.

You can also try the mibbit test version (which connects from a different IP but may not be always available): http://staging.mibbit.com/?server=irc.dal.net&channel=%23YourRoom&nick=YourNick (just click away the google maps warning).
