The Java Applet Helper allows you more options in connecting to networks.

It works by loading a small Java Applet which relays your IRC connection out your machines IP address.

The data is then sent back to the Mibbit servers so that it can be dealt with according to your preferences, logged if you have logging enabled, and all the other Mibbit specific features.
